Dexter Lanigan, President & Founder
Mr. Dexter Lanigan takes a hands-on approach with every project the Company undertakes. As a former Union carpenter himself, Dexter holds an OSHA 30 certification and brings his own field experience and knowledge of construction to the Company. He regularly visits each site and personally ensures policies and procedures are being followed and ensures quality and timeliness on all projects.
Bob O’Neil, Controller
Robert O’Neil is the controller for New Age Development Group, LLC. Robert’s expertise lies in accounting controls and implementing procedures. Previously, he strategized and developed a computer supplies company which specialized in reselling computer parts, printer supplies, accessories and hardware serving customers throughout the United States, Canada and Japan. Robert also has 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Robert was a Vice President directly responsible for Bank Investment & Corporate Trust Operations which processed 2,300 trades on a daily basis totaling $5B. Robert has a degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School
Steve O’Reilly, Senior Project Manager
Steve O’Reilly brings over 25 years of experience in Construction/Project Management in Retail, Commercial and Government sector. Previous employment includes National Drug Store chain and National Realestate Investment Trust (REIT). Steve oversees the estimating, the overall field work and ensures that company policies and procedures are met regarding safety, scheduling, budget, quality and customer satisfaction on his projects. Steve holds an OSHA 30 certification.
Patrick DiSpirito, Project Manager
Patrick brings 8 years of multifaceted Commercial and Residential construction experience into his role as a Project Manager for New Age Development. He began his construction career in the field and his previous position was project management for a large union subcontractor. His focus is on providing a quality product within budget and on time. His day to day activities involve communicating with clients and subcontractors, daily site visits, owner meetings, scheduling, estimating and ensuring safety and quality in the field. Patrick is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University.
James Posey, Project Manager
James Posey brings a broad range of experience in the construction industry, including Commercial and Residential projects. James holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Temple University Fox School of Business. James ensures policies and procedures are being followed and ensures quality and timeliness on his projects. James holds an OSHA 30 certification.
Randal LaCoste brings over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, including commercial and residential projects. He began his career in the field as a carpenter and worked his way up through the ranks to his current role as senior superintendent at New Age. Randal offers an understanding and dedication to each project and consistently delivers a work environment that is safe, on schedule and within budget. His commitment to developing trusting relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors leads to repeat business time and time again.
Sushank Dandu, Project Engineer
Sushank Dandu brings in over 3 years of experience in the construction field as a Project Engineer. Sushank holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Management and Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Sushank holds OSHA 30 certification and is also certified in Procore. Sushank is well trained in major construction software’s like AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Sage Timberline, Microsoft Project & Primavera P6.
Carlos Martinez, Contract Administrator / Project Engineer
As Contract Administrator / Project Engineer, Carlos is an integral part of our process issuing and executing subcontracts for New Age. Carlos also assists Project Managers with Submittals, RFI’s, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, distribution of Construction Plans, Scheduling and Billing, while serving as Site Superintendent / Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO) when needed. He ensures company policies and procedures are met regarding safety, scheduling, quality and customer satisfaction on any project he is needed on. Carlos holds an OSHA 30 certification.
Mark Cole, Business Development
Mark Cole was brought on this year to help New Age with business development. Mark brings with him over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur in business and finance. He is an excellent communicator and team leader with a natural talent for cultivating productive relationships with owners, managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors and government officials. Mark graduated from Saint Joseph's University with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
